Through consulting, we analyse business challenges, present clear options, and provide objective recommendations to guide your next steps.

We’re not about telling you how to run your business, we give you the structure, insight, and expertise to run it better.

When we’re not supporting businesses to run better, you might find us out running ourselves, playing a round of golf, catching fish, or enjoying the hospitality of our local businesses.

Michael Rodie - Principal Consultant

Michael has over a decade of experience helping organizations turn ideas into reality, streamline operations, and deliver projects that matter. He’s approachable, easy to work with, and focused on real results:

  • Successfully delivered 15+ software implementations. From ERP and CRM systems to health & safety and asset management tools

  • Guided multiple local entrepreneurs in building solid business plans and launching businesses that last

Michael backs his experience with a Bachelor of Applied Management in Business Information Systems and a Diploma of Hospitality Management, along with other certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Process Automation.

What sets him apart is his ability to make complex ideas simple, create practical systems that actually work, and leave businesses and the people behind them, better off in the long run.
